Capturing the Front of the ID

This page describes the how to capture the front of the ID, which is the first step of the 2-step identity validation.

1. Capture begins with a simple text message.

2. Tap the link and the 2-step welcome page appears.

3. Tap Start, and then position the ID within the capture frame to scan the front of the ID.

Place the ID front-side up on a dark surface in good lighting with minimal glare or shadows. You might see a few helpful messages.

2. Tap Image is clear , or tap Retake to recapture the image.

Next, you'll capture the back of the ID.
